Maisie

“I saw Suzie’s dog sculptures at the Wisley Craft and Design Fair in May 2017, and I decided to commission one for my husband.

Suzie came over to the house with her camera and took lots of photos of Maisie.  She kept us up to date as she progressed with the sculpture and we all kept our fingers crossed for a successful firing – a crucial moment.

When I saw Maisie for the first time, I really felt quite emotional – and Suzie obviously had a lot of feeling invested in it too!

We are enjoying having the sculpture of Maisie very much – she sits on the windowsill and she has been admired by many visitors.  We found the whole process very enjoyable and I was really emotional when I finally saw the finished article at Wisley.  Thank you for doing such a good job.

We are delighted with the finished result, and I would recommend the whole experience to anyone who loves their dog”.
